He indicated to me that=20 insurance companies look favorably when having the Advisor out to=20 inspect three times during the build. I don't think anyone is=20 suggesting "Police". Just someone with more experience looking over=20 our projects, that might catch something we missed. In return the=20 insurance companies might also look favorably in us again as=20 responsible citizens. LOL Or at least more responsible.
