Assembling a "boilerplate" engine manual/POH section for the 13B series engines in aircraft. This would describe theory of operation for the engine. Persons familiar with "Type specific" per-plans installations

Did you really mean that this effort should be restricted to the 13B?  Perusing Dave’s list I find about 20 builders planning on 3-rotor installations.
