 I'm with Rusty, The posting of good information would be the way to go. I'm afraid the "Formal inspection" is looking like a something that isn't affordable in time & money ( it almost apears to me as if we were trying to creat a new rotary EAA). I'm "in" to help the next guy in my area but I think the other is beyond the groups capabilities

Of course formal inspection is not yet attainable but should be on the short list of goals. The web now serves as conduit for information to those interested but an association must have extraordinary ambitions attract a serious following. And you may be right Georges B., the stretch may exceed our grasp but if we are deciples of rotary power then let's proselytize.
