Probably should but they are having "Formula One Air Races" at my airport
F29, "C.E. Page" the same weekend and one of my airport friends will be racing . If
anyone thinks rotarys are dangerous try flying a miget monoplane 50 ft off the
ground at 250+ mph behind a Cont. 0-200 turning 4000 rpm + in close formation
with about half a dozen of your best friends! By the way they will be racing at
Tunica, Miss. the following weekend !!
All the best to Tupper (Guys they do not come any better than this, Charlie
is one lucky fellow!!)......Everyone learn alot and pass it on to those of us not in
attendance via this forum........Fly safe and those driving remember that a public
highway is probably the most dangerous place most of us will ever be!!
