Well,  I want to be as helpful as I can be but there is no way I can 
support an OFFICIAL approval committee handing out the law. I don't 
like subordinating ourselves in the EAA power structure either.  Lastly 
if you involve Insurance Companies in this, they will decide what and 
what not  you can do.  Just ask your doctor.   Jerry
