Greetings,

I guess I'm = leaning toward=20 building a new intake, and I'm thinking of following what Tracy has = done, which=20 is also similar to the intake that Bruce is selling.  This = certainly seems=20 like the easy way to go, especially if I make it square like = Tracy's.  Does=20 anyone have any better pics of either of these?   I've seen = the pics=20 on Tracy's page, and also the one that I think Bob White posted to = the=20 list.

At first, it = would seem=20 wrong to make this square, but since Tracy used air horns inside the = box, that=20 seems to make it OK to me.  The box itself is just a big plenum, or = reservoir of air, so if it's big enough, I'm guessing the shape doesn't = matter=20 that much.

Bruce's, seems = to be more=20 conservatively sized.  The main "log" portion is about the sized of = the TB,=20 and the pipes go off the rounded body of the intake.  If I'm not = mistaken,=20 I've seen this sort of shape on intakes for cars in the past, so it must = work=20 OK.

One thought = that comes to=20 mind is to make the intake body like Tracy's, but with the injectors = inside the=20 box, pointing into the intake tubes, ala Jerry Hey.  It would be = nice to=20 have all the injectors contained in the box in case one decides to = leak. =20

Sorry for the = rambling,=20 just looking for ideas.

Cheers,
Rusty (single = rotor on the=20 way from the Ebay guy)
