You get an "A" for attention to detail and I get an "F" for dividing by 2 instead of 3 {:>).  7000/3 = 2333.   60/2333 = 0.0257 ,  0.0257/6 = .00428 between pulses.  Length =   .00428 *1100  = 4.7 ft/2 = 2.35 ft or 28.2 "  Yep, still a bit long for your needs.

The 6000rpm calc. 1/2 of 5.5ft is 2.75ft or 32 ".The 6 port Renesis runner length is approximately 21 ". So rpm = 32/21 X 6000 = 9143 rpm.
Bit high for a plane but  about right for the car.
I am aiming for 7500rpm climb so I will need 25.6"  or 650mm.
