Interesting note about Max. I also got the same impression when I originally contacted him - really not that interested.

I only went with these guys because they would selling something.
When I talked with max he didn't seem too interested in making another
turbo like John's for me. These guys also wanted a core, and they
took 3 months, but did a very nice job so far as I can tell.

Keep us posted on how it works for you... If its cost effective to go
with THIS, rather than finding a core, hoping its good, shipping it to
AUS for rebuild then waiting for the slow boat.. I would probably lean
toward this option when we add the turbo.
