I continue to have a black cloud over = my head with wiring. My Garmin 327 transponder and AK-350 altitude = encoder came with a premade cable as required by=20 Garmin of their dealers. It was obvious that the encoder was not = getting any power and when I tried to continuity check the cable it was = not per my installation book. Upon talking to the owner of the = dealership, it became obvious that something was amiss, so pulled the = cable shell and lo and behold 3 wires were not connected. He admitted = that it was their screwup and he owed me next time I ordered something = from him. Will check to see if he can get ATD 300 traffic advisor:>) ATC read the encoder fine during my afternoon flight. Am getting bored = , boring holes in the sky so will start landing out some for variety.
