For the record, I'll be pleasantly surprised if there is a measurable decrease in oil temps, however since it falls into that "can't hurt" category, I'll be listening to hear your results. Now if I can just find out who was going to try the coolant filter????? Todd the gadget guy Hi, Todd....I ordered one and received it. It appears to be a quality item. Unfortunately, I have not yet installed it. (Yes, it is very easy to install) I just finished installing my new NACA duct and intake plenum, so as soon as UPS delivers the 3 inch scat tubing to connect the two together, I will fly it, record temps and then will try the finned oil filter wrap and record those temps to see if it makes any difference. To install it now would not be practical, as I would have no base line temps to compare the before/after with.
