Back to my pickup.  The Dodge engineers decided to pick up ram air from right in front of the right wheel well.  As your driving along at 55mph ('cause I'm such a careful driver), the air coming in and around the headlights impact the wheel well and create a high pressure area ,ipso facto, more HP!
