This has all the makings of a new cottage industry for someone with the right machinery.  Rework the apex seal slots, maybe .025 - .030 oversize, with properly sized apex and side seals.  Once you’ve built the tooling, these could be turned out in very little time.  Any takers?

Ken Do you you cut on a taper, where does your taper start? or do you just skim 0.015" off each side for a total of 0.030".
