I believe your right when you mentioned you might
need a cowl flap.

Hi George,
The numbers you mentioned pretty much go along with what
Lynn has posted in the past. As for cowl flaps, I've got a dandy
brewing. Actually, it isn't a flap, so much as a butterfly located in the
cowl exit. I'll have it finished and tested next week, and expect to be
able to have full control of temps at that
point.
