Sorry to hear of your troubles, but glad that you were able
to get it safely back on the ground. I guess all that deadstick experience has
kept you prepared for anything ;-)
Hopefully you are able to rebuild with a minimum of cost
and get back in the air quickly (and away from that ghetto airpark).
