Both plugs have the 19mm (3/5") reach - but don't know if the ground electrode is different or not. The B9EQV looks just like a conventional plug with perhaps a bit finer center electrode and with a ground strap off the side. Any difference there could have made a difference - assuming the plugs are the problem. Well, in a few minutes I am off to see what I can find out and to start taken the engine off.
