Bill, Have you tried 'straight through' mufflers? I have two in series on
my
RV6A with ~32" before the collector. Max airspeed on the ASI on a cool day
at 2000' is 200mph. (7200 RPM) Max at 10,000' on the ASI 135mph.
Why don't you guys use knots? Its a lot easier!
