What e-mail client are you using....? Could it be Incredimail by chance...?
It's my understanding that the e-mail client (software) is adding the emoticons to the bottom of every message. To prove this, send a message to yourself and see if the emoticons appear.
To fix this, I'd recommend switching to Outlook Express (or equivalent)...

I have a clean page, I don't see any bouncy things anywhere. I guess if there something that is sent without me knowing I'll have to stop sending email's before Marvin boots me off the forum completely.
