I don't know that they balance, but they should know where to get it done. They are also a good source for parts. But be careful, I phoned Adam looking for a special $7 bolt and he sold me an oil cooler, starter, turbo and intercooler... $1000 but then he threw in the bolt for free :-)
When I built mine we had a $.62 dollar, so you're a little ahead. When ordering from the US, make sure that you specifically tell the vendor DO NOT SHIP UPS!!! Their brokerage fees are nothing short of piracy and they are quite slow. USPS is the cheapest and about the same speed as UPS. If you need it fast, then Fed-Ex, Purolator or DHL are reasonable and quick. But never, ever use UPS! Apparently in the US, they are much better so most vendors happily use them, unaware (or don't care)that the customer across the border is getting screwed. However recently I ordered an item and when I entered my address a pop-up window appeared with a dire warning to not select UPS as a shipping option due to exorbitant brokerage fees.

Need more info again! My 92 13b NA had a standard trans. flywheel, a counter weight & flex plate came with it. is there a way of telling if it it is the correct c/weight for this engine? Is there a shop in Canada that balances rotary engine components that someone can direct me to?(no offence, but the cross border bit is a pain as well as our .080 dollar)
