I use it to glue up those chap splits in my fingers, works better than Cornhusker's Lotion. almost instant relief. On a Home Depot clerk's advice.

No question, it works. One of the big breakthroughs of vietnam was our learning you can spray it or simply drop it on holes in vital organs and seal up the wounds; or, so I have been told. I am sure when they add that USP to it that it costs a great deal more. jofarr

They actually use superglue as a substitute for sutures in some medical applications. I once had a nasty but fairly clean slit in my wrist (no, it's not what you're thinking) and I superglued it rather than go to the emergency room. I suppose the medical stuff is sterile and all that. Probably costs $100 per quarter oz., too. I just used Krazy Glue and I'm still alive. I threw some in my flight bag in case of a really bad landing in a remote place. Handy stuff.
