Interesting to know, Tom. I was unaware that they made an O2 sensor to live
with leaded fuel. But, the common O2 sensor will live for approx 100 hours
of running type on 100LL and still provide A/F indicator just fine. The
price on them range from around $30 - $90 depending on whether heated or
not. Since most of us use Open Loop EFI systems which do not use the O2
sensor, not certain paying 3 times more for one that can handled lead gas is
cost effective. Now, if you have an EFI that requires an 02 sensor then that
is certainly a factor that may make the price worthwhile.

"Leaded gas will destroy most automotive O2 sensors, however there are
sensors
available that will handle leaded gas at 3x the price. Bosch and others
make
these."
