I think that we will find that all the TCW3 oils and the good synthetics (note that all 2-stroke oils are not TCW3 rated - this is an oil tailored for the outboard motor environment which is close to what we run in) will not settle out. If oil settled into the bottom of an outboard the motor would stop running as soon as the float bowl filled with oil and there was no gas to run. Please note that this is a non-issue.
