Let's say 50 hours, one pint of oil gained (16 oz).. 50 hrs at 8 GPH = 400 gallons. 400 oz of mixed oil. Only 4% of the oil gets scavenged into the sump. Rest is burned or goes out through exhaust. If that’s the case then, for every oz. of oil in the sump there was a gallon of fuel that went overboard in vapors with a mixture of 1to128.
