Yours sounds like what I need if it is adjustable to ~25 psi. My "rail" is the line to the throttle body, so it's dead-end. I could use the third port for fuel pressure. What kind of regulator do you have?
All I need now is a pump than can be plumbed in series ... Jim S.

The fuel line from the tanks goes to the 2 parallel electric pumps, from the pumps to Y block and than single line to the fuel rails. the outlet from the fuel rails goes to one port of the FP Regulator, and than return to the fuel tank. One of the ports of the FPR is capped.
I would not install the pumps in series.

I'm using a 3-port Mallory fuel pressure regulator. It is supposed
to be capable
of regulation between 3 and 65 psi. They have other
models as well. See
