The fuel line from the tanks goes to the 2 parallel electric pumps, from the pumps to Y block and than single line to the fuel rails. the outlet from the fuel rails goes to one port of the FP Regulator, and than return to the fuel tank. One of the ports of the FPR is capped. I would not install the pumps in series.
