Bob,  thanks for taking a look at this.  Tracy's directions from I-75 look correct and seem to match Mapquest.  However, the dirctions from I-10 leave you on the WEST side of hwy 441 and North of Baya.  The confusing piece of the directions are listed below in yellow.

Should this say 'turn left' onto Baya?

How to get there by CAR: From I-75, exit at the Rt 90 exit.  Take Rt 90 EAST to Rt 10A - BAYA.  Bear RIGHT onto BAYA until you see a LARGE billboard on the RIGHT for EASTSIDE VILLAGE.  (If you cross the railroad tracks, you just missed it).  From BAYA, turn RIGHT onto Pearl.  Take Pearl to the END.  Turn RIGHT and IMMEDIATELY LEFT onto Rosewood Circle.  Pass two streets on the right, and the house is immediately across from the 3rd street.  It is a khaki colored house with green trim  # 515 is on the garage and the name "CHASE" is on the front yard lamp post. 

From JACKSONVILLE:  I-10 West to the 3rd Lake City Exit (Rt 47 exit). At the bottom of the ramp turn RIGHT on Rt 441/47.  Take 441/47 South.  You'll cross Rt 90.  Continue to the traffic light at Baya.  Turn RIGHT onto Baya.  From BAYA, turn RIGHT onto Pearl.  Take Pearl to the END.  Turn RIGHT and IMMEDIATELY LEFT onto Rosewood Circle.  Pass two streets on the right, and the house is immediately across from the 3rd street.  It is a khaki colored house with green trim  # 515 is on the garage and the name "CHASE" is on the front yard lamp post.
