things first. If the engine is running too rich, did you turn down the
mixture control? If so, what happened? If that wasn't enough,
did you reduce the injector flow rate? (mode 3). Is it rich at every
throttle setting or just a few?
Sounds like something has gone bad with wiring on the coil test
issue. Sounds like you still have power to the injectors when you turn the
EC2 off causing it to continue running. Correct this right away if
so.
