There are finally pictures of Tracy’s new intake manifold design. I have been thinking about a similar
design in the past few weeks. It is
a simple construction that could be made as a single part with carbon filbert. I got the idea for this type of manifold from
http://www.advancedinductionresearch.com/
when I was researching CF intake manifolds. Attached is a conceptual drawing I did
a few weeks ago. I am very busy finishing my project at work and I will not
have much time to work on manifolds for 3 weeks. After that I would have lots
of free time and I will have access to schools machine shop.

Subject: [FlyRotary] New Info on
Tracy's Renesis Engine conversion
For those of you interested, Tracy
or rather Laura has some new info posted on the progress of the Renesis engine
swap.
Note that Tracy is now using the
Streamline duct (Bell shaped) for his radiator and correctly points out that
folks often make the mistake of curving the duct outward in that location -
just the opposite of what you need to do.
