The size and shape of the plenum chamber. After looking at the Mistral site (VERY NICE) I now have reservations about the size and shape of plenum I was going to use. Originally I was going to manufacture one, box shape and only 2 1/2" wide 3 1/2" high 8" long. Really didn't think it would be big enough but made for a neat installation.

Hi Mick,

I'm not sure anyone here has experimented with different plenum sizes and shapes, though I'm convinced they can be an important part of the system.  I got quite an increase from just adding the little one that I have.  Eventually, I'll play with it some more, and see if I can improve things further.  Pity Ed's too busy to do some math for us :-)

Being turbocharged, you actually have the luxury of being somewhat inefficient with the intake design, since you'll be feeding by brute force.  If I were you, I'd probably just try it with the small plenum that you originally planned, and change it later if you feel the need.
