I asked Orin for the new C of G limits with the type 2 tail, long engine
mount and the increased maximum all up weight. (1785lb)
He sent them back to me expressed as a percentage of MAC. I then asked him
to convert MAC into inches from datum and he told me "Each degree (sic) was
0.4 inches" I assume he meant each %age point was 0.4"
He originally told me that the C of G range was 11% to 29% of MAC. Can
anyone help me to convert this to distance from datum, which for the sake of
argument we will take as the back edgeof the spinner.
Thanks very much
Ian Crowe
