<BR>centerline. The change is about 3 inches difference from the butt line. It
<BR>is structurally unsound to have 2 large holes in the spar web near the
<BR>centerline. Perhaps the flap control mechanism could be relocated using the
<BR>existing hole and lengthening/shortening the appropriate flap pushrods. But
<BR>current builders do not have adequate plans or construction manuals to
