the nylaflow that broke in several builders planes reported in the LNN broke
where it entered the wheel (LNN pg 360). It gets very hot during braking and
can melt off or crack. I also know one builder here kinked his but caught it
before it broke.
As per the DH factory, the DH line is heat damaged above 150°C. I was also
told it is designed for fixed applications. I think it would break if used
them behind your peddles. I have a set to sell you cheap if you change your
mind.
You may want to see what the sky ranch, or Aeroquip is recommending nowadays
for brake lines on aircraft. When I called Aeroquip ~2 years ago they were
recommending the 666 series for everything from light aircraft to 747s. they
seem very tough.
