Ted Stanley cautioned us about moisture getting into the
Gyros and causing internal corrosion.  On the Lancair IV
the Factory supported location for the vacuum filter is
on the engine side of the firewall.  Mine is located
there and I am now wondering if I should move it or
build a shield around it.  My IV is not pressurized.  
What do you all think.
