Three years ago I finished preparation of the horizontal stab fillets which included setting the stab incidence. Now that I'm ready to bond the stab in place, I'd like to double check all my measurements first!!...but confusion reigns supreme. The BL50 Rib pattern has a level line but this line does not seem to correspond to the wing chord at BL50. So the question is this, should the horizontal stab chord be set: -1/2 to -1 degree relative to the wing BL50 level line or, relative to the actual chord of the wing at BL50? There is a substantial difference between these two lines.
