Are you saying that the FAA will allow an entity (be it family partnership,
LLC, corp, etc) to be the manufacturer?  It was my understanding that even
with such an entity there has to be an named individual within that
organization who is listed as the manufacturer.  Ownership of the Lancair
can be an entity, but what about the manufacturer. In other words,
ownership is not the problem concerning liabilty, but manufacturing is. 
Ostensibly, the experimental certification we all obtain is allowed under
FAA regs because of the "educational and recreational" provision.  Can this
provision be used by an "entity" with no named individual?   For all of
those out there who have received your experimental certification, can you
shed some light on this subject?
