Ownership of the Lancair can be an entity, but what about the manufacturer. In other words, ownership is not the problem concerning liabilty, but manufacturing is. Ostensibly, the experimental certification we all obtain is allowed under FAA regs because of the "educational and recreational" provision. Can this provision be used by an "entity" with no named individual? For all of those out there who have received your experimental certification, can you shed some light on this subject?
