Makes me very skeptical about doing any business with him. My feelings is that those who argue and can't back up their arguments with facts probably can't be trusted. Although.......while racing stock cars on the dirt (many years ago), I built (what turned out to be my last and best racing motor) a de-stroked Chevy V8 creating 366 cubic inches. I spent the money on a "new" process (to me anyway) to ceramic coat pistons, and cam shaft and other parts that I do not recall (it was VERY expensive). I raced this motor in a 3600 lb car under hellish conditions and it lasted over three years of racing every Friday night (and sometimes Saturday too) 9 months of the year. The 6 years previous racing engines I assembled only lasted about half the season before gernading or complete rebuild. I do not know if the ceramics had anything to do with it. I felt that maybe it did as the engines were all built pretty much the same way with the same quality parts. Hang in there Fred. You are a wise voice and I value your questioning and reasoning on anything that comes across this forum. I am VERY excited about our future flights in our IV's powered by a V8!
