Thanks to all the listers who have responded to my question about the drain
tank plug.  A few thoughts and new observations:
1.  I will probably use an o-ring (preferable) or some form of Loctite
designed for fuel applications.  I think an o-ring will solve the problem
2.  The "quote" professional builder who sealed my wings (I built them, he
tested them), didn't do such a good job (actually, he did a lousy job,
but...).  I have a veritable stream of fuel coming out of the aileron
inspection door.  I have searched the archives, and seems like the easy
solution is to put vacuum on the tank and then put some sealer (epoxy?) over
the leak.

John Barrett posted that he used a shop vac to get vacuum - how exactly did
you do that without fear of sucking the wings in?  did you leave all the
ports open?
