Absolutely! I've been using Mr. Funnel AF15CB Fuel Filter (the one with the two filter towers) to flush out my fuel system. It cost about $45 at Amazon.I fill up the tanks, agitate them, then drain the gas back into gas cans through Mr. Funnel. When I refill the tanks, I run the gas through Mr. Funnel again on the way back in, too. Works great!

This looks like it would be a valuable tool for use during fuel system testing.
