Yes and yes.

Risse Racing now handles both the AirLites and the TK5 (Ong's deboinger).

A drop in LED replacement for the 12 volt projector bulb is:  Soraa 00241 
and can be ordered at:

My wigwag wingtip lights were the only incandescent lamps on the IV until I 
replaced them with the Soraa lamps. Now I'm 100% LED.
