Who out there has
ideas on how to construct an alternate air source for my wee
IO-360?
Some (most?) Mooney
M20´s simply have a springloaded alternate air valve located after the air
filter.
If the air
filter is blocked by ice, the valve is sucked open, feeding "warm" air
from from the engine compartment to the engine. Simple as that.
