I have used http://www.aircrafthose.com/ in the past. Every certified hose should have a metal band stamped with the part number and manufacture date. The part number describes the hose type, length, end fittings, angles, etc and follows a standard numbering scheme. Sac Sky Ranch had a nice page describing the numbering scheme, but as you point out, it's no longer available. You should be able to simply read that number off to any certified hose shop and they will be able to reproduce it for you.
