I have a Seafire.........
....embroidered on my shirt. They operated from my home airfield,
Henstridge, here in SW England and last year we had a special 70th Anniversary
event.
John Beattie, the pilot in the film, is based in this area. He’s connected
with the Royal Navy Historic Flight at Yeovilton, which is about 12 miles
away.
