Many years ago when I installed the PPAvionics fuel controller, the fuel controller would not sense either Facet transfer fuel pump pulses correctly to shut them off when the wing tanks were empty.  I replaced both transfer pumps with newer ones (a few years newer), and the controller then worked properly.  PPAvionics wanted the old pumps to dissect them to determine the issues.  Sent them the pumps.  I never heard back from them, after many inquires.  All is still well with the two transfer pumps, as well as the Facet boost pump.
