I replaced = both transfer pumps with newer ones (a few years newer), and the = controller then worked properly. PPAvionics wanted the old pumps to = dissect them to determine the issues. Sent them the pumps. I never = heard back from them, after many inquires. All is still well with the = two transfer pumps, as well as the Facet boost pump. Many years ago when I installed the PPAvionics fuel controller, the = fuel=20 controller would not sense either Facet transfer fuel pump pulses = correctly to=20 shut them off when the wing tanks were empty.  I replaced both = transfer=20 pumps with newer ones (a few years newer), and the controller then=20 worked properly.  PPAvionics wanted the old pumps to dissect = them to=20 determine the issues.  Sent them the pumps.  I never = heard back=20 from them, after many inquires.  All is still well with the two = transfer=20 pumps, as well as the Facet boost pump.
