He can then readily modify or accept the plan and include the area in your initial flight restrictions. Easy for all concerned. Your area will be simple to locate, have simple, readily found boundaries (freeway, mountain range, VOR radial) and avoid population centers. It should make sense. I also had Don Stratman for my inspection; I was living in Santa Barbara at the time. He is worth seeking out and is all a DAR should be.
