I have done this, but I am not yet flying.  I intend to take a bunch of
measurements and I will keep you posted on the results.  Realistically, it
will probably be a few months before I have any meaningful data.  I will
have temperature probes at the air intake and the back of the cylinder right
before entering the cooler.
