I bought a 1/8th oz tube of "powdered WHITE LUBRICANT" at sears Bakersfeild
a few weeks ago for half off the marked down 97 cent price at the parking
lot sale.  I wish I had bought it all but if you wish in one hand...  I
guess they can't say 'Teflon' or Dow would have a fit.  I think the tube
will be its own best applicator.
LA controllers are the best.  Getting back to SoCal and Palmdale is always
great.  In the early eighties I was doing five landings a day at LAX in a
Twin Otter for Evergreen/Airspur.  That was a trip, albiet a short one.
