Hi Erik,
Like Bob Pastusek, I also recommend Advanced Flight System's AOA Pro, which
I have in my Legacy. Installation should be simple, since the Legacy
already comes with the ports and fittings inside the top and bottom wing
skins.
When I bought mine, in 2006 or so, they had a version already calibrated
for the Legacy, but you'll still need to recalibrate anyway, which is a pretty
simple set-up in the hangar followed by a few minutes in flight.
I'm sure there are other options equally as good, but considering your
Legacy is already plumbed for the this one, it will be the easiest
installation.

Subject: [LML] Adding AOA to a
Legacy?
I am considering adding AOA to my Legacy and was wondering if I can get
some feedback from anyone who has done this.
Is there any consensus out there as to what system is preferred, from a
performance standpoint and secondarily, ease of installation.
I was looking at the Alpha Systems DSTR-AOA-9000EK which just happens to
be named Legacy.
Any experience about this or any other systems would be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks,
Erik Larson
