Hamid,  I think Tom's comment was about emailing to lml vs. building the airplane inclusive of electrical system.

I would take it a step further and assert that the time spent in understanding the issues and thoughtfully/insightfully designing the system is far more productive than the time spent on mechanical tasks of putting things together.
