I think this is a simple solution for those that want  2 speed trim, but don't want the expense of using a box like the Safety-Trim.  Obviously doesn't have the bells and whistles, but simple.  I apologize if some one else has done the same and posted it.  I haven't tried it (I have the Safety-Trim) and others can comment on potential issues or problems.
