John J here. One of the new owners of PPE.

All the sensors you have in the pictures you provided are from the older version of PPAv. The ones that are built into AN bushing, the blue ones in the picture that you have two of, don't need any extra device to make them work other than the indicator. The one built into the pipe threaded tee is not something I am familiar with and might be a wearily version of what we are calling the UFS-T. I'm going to guess that since it is has it, it probably needs it. Maybe some of the early electronics wouldn't fit in the tee so they made an external device. I believe it should work as planed.
